100th Monkey Program - our primary objective is to enable 1000 school children with Global Competencies and Life skills through a process of self-actualization and active citizenship.

In today’s fast-paced world children of this generation are facing many issues and challenges. The present education system and methodology of teaching used is not adequate for children to address the issues and overcome challenges.

For this reason, FSL India being in non-formal education space for the past 24 years wants to bridge the gap by ensuring holistic development of the children in terms of academic skill, emotional skills, social leadership skills, and global Competencies etc. Therefore, 100thMonkey Program designed by FSL India envisages to developing Global competencies, Social Leadership Skill and enhance quality education to children of disadvantaged community studying in 15 government schools in Bangalore.

Education is the key to a successful future, and we believe that equipping children with essentials of global competencies and life skills is just as important as academic skills. Unfortunately, many children in underprivileged areas lack access to quality education and the opportunity to develop the necessary skills and global competencies to thrive in today's globalized world.

Global competencies and life skills encompass a wide range of abilities that help individuals cope with challenges, make informed decisions, build positive relationships, and contribute effectively to their communities. By providing these skills to children, we are not only shaping their future but also the future of India with skilled and responsible workforce as an active and engaged citizens.
